Published internationally, Lucy gained a reputation for her common sense approach to children’s health and has frequently appeared on radio and TV, as well as being quoted in newspapers and magazines.
In 2021 she was elected to the Guild of Food Writers and has since collaborated with or contributed to brands including, Magimix, Riverford Organics, Optibac, The Week Junior, Nannycare, Peugeot Sauveurs, Crazy Jack Organics, Linwoods Health Foods amongst others.

I qualified in Nutritional Therapy at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 1996. More recently I have trained at The Institute for Functional Medicine and The Chelsea Physic Garden.
A healthy child has a healthy immune system. I was determined they would benefit from everything I had learnt. Feeding them a fresh, whole food diet reduced the need for antibiotics and simple natural strategies during childhood illnesses meant they recovered quickly.
Spurred on by my children during the pandemic, I began my instagram page to support families worldwide.
